Sony Xperia z3 issue

I upgraded my phone from Xperia sp to Xperia z3 and now I can't use Spotify, when I open it all that happens is "unfortunately Spotify has stopped " flashes up which I can either report or click OK. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Won't let me use premium features.

I have been a Spotify member for months now and today it is treating me like I'm a free user. It even clearly says premium on the menu but asks me if I want to upgrade. I have restarted my phone, Uninstalled the app and still no availability.
