"Don't play this song" plays the songs anyway

My Question or Issue

 I love the new feature "don't play this" in my playlist, so I don't have to delete a song in order not to listen to it temporarily. Shame it won't work for me... 😞 For some reason, even when the button is enabled, the playlist will still play dose songs marked as "do not play". Any ideas why? TIA

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with this feature. Does the issue persist after logging out and back in a few times?

You can also try restarting the app to see if it helps.

I gave it a few days and it hasn't done it. Possibly restarting everything has worked 🙂 I'll let you know if it starts doing it again.

Just to confirm, is this happening to a specific playlist? Also, does it happen when you use Spotify in Offline Mode?

If your Spotify is Offline, try going back online before playing the playlist again.
