"Sync over Cellular" not working. Please help?

Hi all, 

When I turn on my "Sync over cellular" option, no downloading occurs, and when I return to an album to try to download, it says "Turn on sync over cellular to download" (even though it's already on??). I have no access to wifi so must rely on data to download songs for offline use. 

I know it is not an issue with my data plan, as all of my other apps/browsers work fine. I also have enough free space on my phone, so that can't be the issue either. I have tried following some advice from other posts on here in response to similar problems, but nothing seems to be working. I have tried to force stop and relaunch the app, reboot my phone, but with no difference. 

I would really appreciate some help or advice on how to fix this.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I've tried the deep clean as suggested in another post but still not working.
