"Waiting to download"

Yesterday all of my downloaded content was no longer available offline.  Now when I am conncted to a network the tracks are clearly queued up to download but nothing happens... it just says "waiting to download".  This in on a Samsung Galaxy S4, spotify version 3.8.0.800.

I uninstalled and reinstalled mobile app and it appears to be working now.

I apparently spoke too soon. Downloading has stopped and it is back to saying "waiting to download".

Have you had a look at the rest of the guide? Are these local tracks you are trying to sync or ones from the SPotify servers?

How many tracks do you have? Try clearing your offline devices from the www.spotify.com/account we page and then trying.
