songs are not downloading on the app only says waiting for download

alright so the app was working perfectly fine before but i wanted to upgrade my audio quality for offline mode so i deleted all of my downloads changed my quality to extreme and turned on the download for my playlist and now it is stuck on "waiting to download" any help would be awsome thanks

1. Make sure you've got enough free storage on your device.

2. Upgrade Spotify to the latest version.

3. Delete app data if 1 and 2 didn't work.
