spotify won't search on my samsung galaxy s11

i've tried searching for tons of artists and search is not responding at all. i have ics.

Hi, I have the same device, however I use a JB custom ROM. Spotify works fine.

Please could you go into your system settings and erase the data and cache from the Spotify app?

Also, you must have a premium subscription for mobile Spotify use - do you have a premium subscription?

If that doesn't work, and you do have a premium subscription, then please uninstall and then reinstall the Spotify app.
