the option to import musics from my cellphone just vanish when I change my account

I was using an account on spotify and it has the option to import musics from my cellphone, but I can't use this account anymore so I had to create another one for me, but I can find the "import" option anymore, but it is still available in my old account, and when I come back to my new this option is gonw again.

That's because they're testing this feature on selected accounts. Most of us don't have the import feature.
