unable to stop following playlist

My Question or Issue

since i clicked a song of the playlist

it force me to follow and download the playlist

everytime when i try to stop following the playlist and delete these downloaded songs

it automatically follow back and download the playlist

i tried to reinstall spotify and change the password. but it dosen't work

the first playlist 

the second one 

these two are the playlist that i can't stop following

it only happen in apps and it is so annoying

if anyone have a solution i will very appreciate that
