why can't spotify find my local files anymore?

I have ben using spotify for a while now, and i used to be able to transfer my mp3s to my phone and spotify found my local files. Lately spotify havent found my files and ask me to download playlist. I do not have the fles on my computer anymore, but have them on my phone so they wont download of course.

Oh, and why does my already downloaded playlists dissapear on a regurlarly basis? I have downloaded one playlist 3(!) times and it disappears all the time!

Getting a bit sick of this acctually!
