why does the stream cut out all the time when walking down the street?

this has been happening for 2 weeks now. every time I walk from my place to downtown, the stream of music playing from the phone mobile app and going to my bluetooth buds cuts out like 50-100 times in 30 minutes during the walk.  anyone else complaining about this?  perhaps I have attracted the hackers, or perhaps there is something wrong with this service YET AGAIN?  Ironically, it has never cut out one time in either location (downtown, anywhere, or at my place).

In this case we recommend you to perform a clean reinstall of the app.

Also - does the music keep on playing on your phone when it cuts out from your Bluetooth buds?

It would be great if you could give it a try using a different network for example, borrow someone's hotspot when your out - such as a friend's or a family member's if it's possible, to see if the issue persists.
