Add artist to playlist?

Is there a way to add an artist to a playlist? I just want some artists to be shuffled and grouped together in a playlist type without picking individual songs to add. Thanks in advance.

The comment I hit reply on absolutely mentioned both of those things. Sorting and “artist grouping.” The former is easy, and the latter is a different way of saying “the ability to add whole artists to playlists.”

Either way, Spotify does allow you to add everything by an artist to a playlist. It’s not a one-step process like Pandora may be, but given Pandora’s UI and UX that’s hardly a reason to leave Spotify.

I don't quite see the point in answering an old offtopic comment.

Grouping is a completely different thing, since it is just about presentation and doesn't ease adding.

Sure it is possible, but that isn't the point. We want a better solution to this use-case.

I found solution

There is this app

I had to put a new artist's song into recent played (simply play a song from them) cos at other function i've couldn't reach the Artist.

Than click on the desired Artist click Create playlist with all song

And from this point easy: on Windows choose the new playlist (few second and appear) ctrl+a and put all song into your original playlist..

It takes a bit more time than the prev. solution but works fine

Much easier than put album by album ctrl+a

I've no idea why spotify don't recognise this as a problem. #finallyworksallsongtomyplaylist
