Ads on Premium ???

Hey everyone,

I have being a Premium user for some years now and I don't understand why I experienced ads on a new podcast I just started (Canapé Six Places). It was a clear identified unskippable 27 sec ad from Sephora.

Could you clarify why is this happening?

Spotify doesn’t play or include ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers. However, some podcast creators may include third-party advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages in their episodes.

Thanks for the reply but why would Spotify develop tools so podcasters can include not embroidered ads but external ads in their system that interrupt the listening experience (twice during the same podcast) ?

Especially when its Spotify content (Spotify Original)

Could you tell us more about your issue? Are you hearing ads during music listening or are you encountering them during podcasts?
If possible, please send us a screenshot of an Ad as well so that we can see what this is about 🙂

Hello Vasil, I´m having the same issue in a podcast called: Auf Deutsch gesagt - Episode 92 , starts with an ad from a movie, I have a premium duo and don´t understand why this is happening.

Can you provide a guide to solve it?
