Album shuffle button still showing - how can I replace it?

I read that Spotify has changed the album play button so that it no longer plays by default. However, mine is still the old shuffle play button. Any ideas how I can change this without reinstalling the app? And if I do need to reinstall, will it remember my library, playlists etc.? I have a Premium account running on Android, using software version 8.6.98.900 (which Play Store tells me is the newest version).
