Any recommendations on how to access my playlist with limited internet access?

I'm heading to the South Pole (Antartica) for 12 months and wish to take my playlist with me somehow. Limited internet access and no WiFi available, hoping I can load my playlist onto my laptop and onto an MP3 player somehow. Any recommendations would be truly appreciated.

You can download albums or playlists for offline playback, but Spotify requires you to connect to their servers once every 30 days. Enjoy the Antarctic, sounds chilly!

Thank you, appreciate the response. Do you know if the Spotify songs or podcast can be downloaded onto an MP3 player and /or will need to convert to an MP3 format?

They cannot. Spotify downloads them in a proprietary format for playback in the Spotify player. If you want songs in MP3 format, you would need to purchase the songs or albums from another service that sells MP3s.
