Blocked list or unblock anyone

Hello so i block my friend 2 weeks ago and now i cant explain whats going on I can find her account, I can like her playlists, but I can't follow her or unblock her.

however she cannot view my account in any way guys how can i fix it please help.

I really want to see a block list as well! I don’t remember all the people I blocked and it would be helpful to know because I want to unblock some peoples I used to know but I forgot their usernames.
