Can't change order of appearance of public playlists on profile

With the latest update, the list of playlists stays permanently on the left, not even allowing it to be fully expanded, which is very inconvenient when you have many lists and want to consult them and reorder them. In addition, this change forces the playlists to only appear in order of recently played or added, alphabetical or creator, which is a big problem since the order cannot be customised. For years I have changed the order of the playlists that appears on my profile by changing their position in my list library, but it has become impossible.

I hate the new Spotify. I had a carefully curated list of playlists on the left, which was smaller and easily readable.

Now it's massive, and the order I gave it is gone. Instead, it can either be sorted by recent or alphabetical, and you can only see a small number at a time. It takes me to find anything. It also has stuff in it that wasn't there before, like random albums, and it's now called "my library".

I want the old order back. Why, when you have a product that works and is easy to use do you have to keep redesigning it to be worse. Not everything needs to be made bigger and simpler, I'm using a desktop or laptop computer, not a Fisher Price toy.

You can view your custom library order by clicking the sorting dropdown menu and selecting "custom order"

I don't have that option.

The option doesn't appear  for me. Last update was yesterday. Maybe depends on the zone? Sometimes new features are integrated gradually.

So this is still a problem. What is Spotify doing? Will they roll out 'Custom order' to everybody?

More new unwanted featured keep appearing, like 'Now playing' popping up whenever I start playback, but the basic functionality that used to work is still broken.
