Changing Country

I've recently moved back to the UK from Switzerland. My account is still linked to a Swiss card. When I try and add a UK card, it won't let me as it says it is not the same as the listed country. I can't change the country or add a new card. Any ideas?

Hi @chewlehew,

I'm not too sure what device you are using, but if you are using iPhone, you would have to go to System Preferences and change your location manually. When it is done, you would have to remove your credit cards from your saved cards so that it updates on Spotify. After that, you can add your credit card to Spotify.

This doesn't work. I tried to change the country and shows an error. How can I talk to a Support Person in Spotify?
