I have been trying for over a week to figure out why my premium account will no longer allow me to down load my playlists. I am beyond frustrated -- can you help?

Not sure if it's the same problem, but all of a sudden Spotify tells me it can't play any of the playlists I've been listening to on my premium account. But it just took my money no problem. I've signed out and back in. My WiFi is working. I'm mystified. So I can't help you but I can be there with you.

What device are you having this issue on? Have you also verified your account is on Premium by visiting your account?
