How can I generally mute an artist?

Hi All, I like to use the autocreated playlists as well as the artist radios for discovering new bands. Although, there are one or the other band, which I do not want to listen to as they do not meet my religious or political mindset. Yet, these bands are popping up again and again.

How do I mute these bands in General for all of my spotify usage?

To mute an artist on Spotify, you can use the "Don't play this" feature. Here are the steps to do it:

1. Open the Spotify app on your device.

2. Search for the artist you want to mute.

3. Tap on the artist's name to go to their page.

4. Tap on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the screen.

5. Select "Don't play this" from the options.

6. Confirm your selection.

Once you've muted an artist, their songs will no longer play on your Spotify account.
