Smart shuffle missing on updated Android and Windows clients

So I got a notice on my phone about smart shuffle and it sounded cool, so I wanted to try it. I'm a premium member, and I made sure my apps were up to date, but I still only see "enhance"... On my phone I tried clearing the cache but that made no difference. Why can't I see/use smart shuffle anywhere?

The Smart Shuffle feature is currently being gradually released to all users on the mobile app. It might not be visible to everyone at this moment as the rollout is still in progress.
