How to stop animated titles? They give me sensory overload that turn into migraines if I use the app to long, which keeps me from using the spotify app.
Do you mean the video in the background in the now playing ui? If so, go to Settings > Playback and if you scroll down there should be a toggle for canvas, which will turn it off.
I see what you are talking about now. As far as I am aware, there really is no option to disable it.
then do you know how I can contact spotify directly (have'nt found a way to)? its not a petty "i dont like it", more of a, "after using spotify for 5 mins I have to stay one hour in the dark to calm down my migraine). I usually listen to music on spotify several hours a day, I just became ill recently.

LOL what is wrong with the with the customer service? Are they just bots? I've talked to 3 agents in the chat and 4 agents by email, and they just ask all over again all the same questions, like what's the problem, whats your feedback about this issue, can you send a screen record etc. I answer their question perfectly each time, but the next person that answers email make me start all over again... Ive been emailing back and forth for a week... at this point Imma just cancel my subscription. Ive contacted through Facebook and it seems to be bots too.
I really wish they would improve their customer service experience, it can be a huge mess most of the time.
Honestly the way they operate likely costs them more. Instead of having one person replying to me, I think I talked to 10 agents in a week, back and forth, they still ask the questions every time...
