Is there a way to change the the types of ads?

Hello,

I have a free account. I don’t use Spotify enough to justify a subscription currently. I used to get a variety of ad content, but lately every single ad is for Noom. I have an eating disorder and I can’t be listening to weight loss ads constantly. Other platforms have ways to personalize your ad experience but I don’t see anything in settings that allows for any change. Is that something I can change? Or do I just have to stop listening to the podcasts I enjoy because the ads are endangering my health?
