Is there a way to customize my Artist Spotify Link?

So my spotify link is "https://open.spotify.com/artist/7szviPamKMx5Ni9HHtptga"
Is there a way i can edit the link and change the crazy numbers with letters and have it look more presentable while still linking them to my artist page?

Hey

Yes, there is a widget specifically for this. You can find instructions on making one here: https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/widgets/spotify-follow-button/

Note that you will need to access your profile URI to do this. Copy that by clicking on the three dots by your profile and selecting URI. You can then paste that in the above link in the box labeled "Spotify HTTP Link (or Spotify URI)".

Then use the preview to make sure you like the widget before using the html provided in the last box to embed it. Good luck!

This doesnt really answer the question though, such as, for example, my Artist profile link be spotify.com/artist/joequaill?  I only see that crazy long alias in my link as well.

There is currently no official way to customize your artist URL. The link you can copy inside of the Spotify app for the artist page is the only link currently offered.
