Karaoke feature isn't available half a year after being released

Hi, I'm a Premium Spotify user, and since the karaoke feature became publicly available in US, Canada etc.. on Jun 26 2022, is it possible to give any approximate time when it might become available in Ukraine, Poland..? I heard that it's an amazing feature, and I wonder why another feature called "lyrics" was available for everyone worldwide at the same time, but this one is yet to come. Thanks
