Large playlist shuffles same songs instead of whole playlist. Any ideas how to fix?

Like I said, when listening to a large playlist I find when I shuffle the playlist it plays a small part of the playlist but doesn’t shuffle the whole thing. Talked to a few people with the same issue and wondering if there’s a fix.

example 700 song playlist but finding the same 100 or so songs play over and over.
