Link artist in playlist description?

Is there a way to link a page or an artist in the description of a playlist?

I think I've seen it before somewhere...

Hi guys, thank you for these brilliant cues.
I am managing several artists, I am on Spotify for Artists.
BUT I still don't know how to link an artist in the playlist description, because it just doesn't give you the option nowhere. Still, I have definitely seen it in other playlist descriptions before - which means: it is somehow possible.

If someone really knows how to do it, wih some secret code or whatsoever,  thank you for telling me here in this thread. 🙂
