Linked Podcast - Paid "Lock" button only shows on web browser

I have a subscription to "Breaking Points" on Supercast, which is linked to Spotify. When I open the web browser, I can see the PAID "lock" and watch the podcast. However, when I open from my mobile (iOS) and Desktop (Windows) apps, I don't see the PAID lock button. I have tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling to on avail. How do I get this service on Mobile and Desktop?

Hello adhocWrangler, so it sounds like there may be a technical issue with the Spotify app on your mobile and desktop devices that is preventing the paid "lock" button from appearing. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct Spotify account on both your mobile and desktop devices. Sometimes, users may have multiple Spotify accounts and accidentally log in to the wrong one.

  2. Check if you have the latest version of the Spotify app installed on your devices. If not, update to the latest version and see if the issue persists.

  3. Clear the cache and data of the Spotify app on your mobile device. On iOS, you can do this by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, selecting the Spotify app, and tapping "Offload App". On Android, you can go to Settings > Apps > Spotify, and tap "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache".

  4. If none of the above steps work, you can try reaching out to Spotify support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and provide a solution. You can contact them through the Spotify app or their website.

Let me know if you still can't get it working,
