Music Playing not what I want

For the past few months, my music has been weird. I will play a random album for example country. And then all the sudden I if I click on the song that I want. Country will just play right after I can't cue songs and it's extremely annoying. I'm about to cancel my account because this is not the first time this has happened and I cannot fix it. Does anybody have any ideas how I can change my account. I have gone to my computer, my laptop and my phone and nothing will seem to help it.
