My repeat button won’t turn off after I keep hitting the button it keeps turning back on

So I’ve been having this issue with Apple Music and Spotify I switched to Spotify because of this reason it was just working fine now all of a sudden it just won’t turn off I hit the repeat button it has a 1 then I hit it again and then it turns off then turns back on all I wanted is to pick a song and then have it play related songs but it won’t can someone help me with this problem
