No more ads on podcasts for premium users

And I'm not even talking about the ones read by the hosts, those I can understand and all. I'm talking about those annoying inserts done by spotify itself. They say they can do nothing because it is something that works for users and creators. It doesn't. I pay to not be disturbed by ads! 

Most podcasts I listen to are US based, and the ads from Brazil say a lot about how is not something beneficial to the creator...
