Payment not updated

I paid my premium but it won't update on my phone. However it updated on my laptop. I have receipts and everything what is going onnnn

I'm having the same issue. We have a family plan, and although we updated the payment, my phone says I still need to update my payment while the rest of the family accounts are working fine. 

I'd really like to find some answers
