Receiving multiple concert notifications for artists I don't listen to

I've been noticing a very annoying pattern emerge lately and it's that I constantly receive push notifications for artists I don't really pay attention to or even follow. The artists whose concerts I have been interested in enough to attend this year I've only gotten push notifications for only once, whereas there will be artists I don't even follow have push notifications for their concerts sent to me at least 4 times leading up to the date of their actual show.

Is this happening to anyone else? I've had to turn off concert notifications altogether because getting notifications for stuff I don't really pay attention to VS the stuff I do not showing up is super annoying, but I do want to know when the artists I care about come to my city.
