Spotify keeps signing out

I have the family premium. Everytime the wife opens her app to press play and or shuffle on her galaxy s20+, it tells her"you are trying to use a premium feature. " she has to sign in every time this happens, which she already has the family premium. She has already deleted the app and reinstalled the app at least 2 or 3 times. I have looked on my account and she's still on the list of people who have the premium plan. This doesn't happen to my account or my 3 kids account. If there is a fix for this please help it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time
