Spotify removes name and image from my public list

It's the second time that on one public list they remove the image and name of it. They send me an email with this:

I've contacted with spotify but 2 diferent agents say they cant provide me any details so... How can I know where is the problem with my playlist?

I've checked terms and conditions and it's all OK....

Any ideas what to do?
