Spotify won't play Uptown Funk

My wife and I are long time Spotify premium family subscribers. We use Spotify on our (identical) Android phones. Our son's favorite song is Uptown Funk ((https://open.spotify.com/track/4QOlcQFud4Z2xFhtgZxyDC?si=h6oPOx9eTHejVFJfLWKsbQ). For at least a year or two I have been unable to play this song (or this alternate version https://open.spotify.com/track/4QOlcQFud4Z2xFhtgZxyDC?si=AGZ4YrYTTyqchTPjiN612w). When I select either it simply doesn't play. I can play any other song I have ever found in Spotify. My wife can play the songs above. I have cleared cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, and generally tried everything I can think of. This issue has also spanned multiple Android devices, so I doubt it has anything to do with the app or device itself.

I'm not sure what else to do, hoping someone here has an idea of what might be going on.
