Transfer Spotify for Artists Account

Hello everyone, i am new here.

Lately i claimed my artist account with my old email and obviously out dated information for example back then i did not trust this platform to be able to treat my data in a safe way so i gave a date of birth around 1908 which is slightly incorrect.

Therefor i would like to transfer the Spotify for Artists account to my official account with correct information so i would like to know if that is possible and if so, how i would have to do that.
