We can no longer customize our playlist order

Solved!

We can no longer customize our playlist order

I'll try to keep this short. I've been using Spotify for 11 years and have over 300 playlists. I organize them based on relevance and theme to help me better find them. for example, at the bottom of the list is live shows I've seen with the setlists of each band. Personally, I'd like to have about 10 playlists pinned at the top at all times(we are allowed only 4) with the following descending playlists being somewhat relevant. I am feeling very discouraged that Spotify has taken our ability to sort our playlists in our own custom order. After working carefully on my list of playlists for 11 years, I am too invested to go to another platform. Too often we see updates remove features and it is quite frustrating. Please share your thoughts.

Hey @BrothaHolmes

You can still sort your playlists in a custom order! Here's how:

  1. Set the Filter to Playlists.
  2. Set the sort order to Custom order.

You should now be able to drag & drop playlists outside of your folders as well as change their order.
