Will Spotify ever listen to their customers?

I cannot believe how often Spotify makes a change that turns into a topic on this site with hundreds and thousands of likes and comments collectively saying "we don't like this change, leave it be," and Spotify chooses to keep it anyway. Why are we paying for this garbage? Where does it make sense to add and remove features that large numbers of customers dislike?
