Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Why does Drake come up as my number 1 artist in 2024? Out of my top 2024 songs playlist, his song is on there 1 time out of 100 songs at number 70.

I think something went wrong for Spotify Turkey. I do not think it is just me but the whole Turkish listeners. The most played song for most of us were ''Zeynep Bastık - Lan''. I strongly disagree with this statistics. It is simply not possible.I belive I am not the only who thinks that. I'll be waiting...

I was very very upset that Spotify didn’t portray my top 5 most listened to genres of music, absolutely ridiculous that you guys couldn’t include something that’s been in every years wrapped

We have a family plan and each person has their own account. But my 2024 wrapped is all of the stuff my daughter listens to. Why wouldn’t it separate the accounts into their own?! Super disappointed

I only use Spotify for podcasts and I think the last time I got a wrapped for podcasts was in 2020 or 2021… It’s really disappointing because I’m sure I’ve listened to hundreds and hundreds of hours at this point. I wish they didn’t take that feature away

The fifth artist in my top 5 is one I've never heard of. Even if the artist would have been featured in some random playlist I've listened to once or twice, I should remember hearing their songs, but I don't. It just seems wrong. I checked this through other providers (receiptify and volt.fm) and there the same artist is somewhere around 30th/40th, which also seems high up for someone I don't remember listening to, but more plausible. I don't share my account with anyone.

How is this possible and is there any chance Spotify will fix this? Wrapped has always been such a fun highlight for the end of the year and this ruined it.

Same issue, infact I only listen to podcasts in Spotify and still there's no wrapped for it.

I'm very disappointed with the wrapped this year, it's boring, theres no creativity put into it, theres not even a top genre or album this year? Because of how much it had been advertised I was expecting something so much better but it's really not that great. I also feel like the stats are wrong, I have absolutely not listened to my top artist and song enough for them to be my tops, over all i'm very disappointed with the wrapped and I was expecting something much bigger and more creative.

Hello! Just viewed my Spotify wrapped. I noticed that my full top artists and top songs were taken over by my children! We play “instrumental sleep music on Spotify” through Amazon Alexa at night to help our girls sleep. After noticing this, I took the playlist off of my taste profile. Is there anything way to reroll or recalculate my wrapped with this playlist/other children’s playlists taken out of the running?

i cant access my spotify wrapped, its not showing on my home page i have tried everything i can, restarted my laptop reinstalled spotify checked from another device, its up to date with the latest version but nothing is working

Hi! I’ve only used Spotify for a few years but I have to say I was especially disappointed in this year’s wrapped. I don’t listen to podcasts so I don’t have the podcast section but where was the sandwiches?? The listening cities?? The genre breakdown? The actual statistics around my listening history? I felt robbed lowkey. I’m incredibly disappointed in this year’s wrapped. 

It felt incredibly AI generated and not in a good way. It felt basic and lackluster. It felt completely inhuman and impersonal and not at all what wrapped should be. It wasn’t fun or exciting, just disappointing. 

With how much Spotify teased wrapped, we deserved better. Those in charge of wrapped that approved this should be disappointed in themselves and the company they represent.

I have the premium account and my wrapped is completely wrong. I don't know who are the top 5 five artists and i have never listened the top 5 songs. Please check it and correct!

My Spotify wrapped consists of music I have never even heard of. I'm super bummed that it seems I got the wrong one. Is there any way of fixing it?

My top artists of the year were wrong and out of order, Wrapped showed that my top artists of the year were supposed to be The Weeknd, PinkPantheress, Maluma, Grupo Frontera & Post Malone (1-5 order). While my top artists of the year were supposed to be The Weeknd, PinkPantheress, Grupo Frontera, Bad Bunny & Maluma, pls fix this🙏🏽

I viewed my spotify wrapped but i had fewer slides than the other users who could see their music evolution and I didn’t have one.Why?

Wrapped is a joke. Second year in a row there’s no mention of the Dan LeBatard show. I listen to it everyday for 3 hours a day and it didn’t make my year wrapped. Nothing comes close to the amount I listen to

yup, my spotify wrapped 2024 was completley off too. I took drake out of my rotation back in early may and havent listened to a song of his since. he's my number one most played artist somehow too. 

not only that, i norm average around 60k ish minuets of listening time a year for 4 years now, somehow only ended up with less than 20k which is wild because i drive 1.5 ish hours home all the time now.

I don’t know how you keep track of your stats, but mine are totally wrong. It has Kanye West as my most listened to artist, and I refuse to listen to Kanye West. My top five songs for the year or all by him also and I am a diehard Foo Fighters fan. I don’t know what’s going on, but your information is wrong

Really disappointed with this year's Wrapped!

I don't seem to have a "Your Music Evolution" part of my Wrapped at all, nor a playlist for that - my entire Wrapped is 8 tabs, and my minutes seem a lot lower than they should do. My friends seem to have the monthly stats and breakdowns which I am missing. I also don't have anything in my Wrapped about podcasts, which I have listened to all year!
