Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

This years wrapped is not correct at all. It says my top song is one I’ve never knowingly listened to and others are not in the list I know I’ve listened to way more than those on the list 

It seems like something is not right at all this year. It’s a shame as the idea of this in principle is great.

Is it just me?

I did not get any artist clips even though I was top 0,05% Taylor Swift listeners.

I’m trying to share my wrapped 2024 stories with my friends trough whatsapp link but when they click the spotify app open only their wrapped stories and not mine, how can I fix this? How can I share the entirety of my wrapped experience?

have done all of the above and more. artist i blocked about 8 months ago is #1  on my "wrapped 2024" playlist that i was so looking forward to!! ugh must be a cruel joke...

i've been premium member for over a decade this glitch sucks

I would really like to see the data behind this..

My fifth most popular artist does not have any song in my top 100, the artist that have four of my five most played songs, and eight in top 100 is not my top five..

If I check with other stat pages, I get a completley different most played, like not even close. This used to be a fun feature, if this is how it will be in the future you might as well just skip it..

David Guetta is my number 4 Artist and I have not listened to him once. I have reviewed by Top Songs just to be sure. Same for my best friend. What’s going on there?

I'm very unimpressed with wrapped this year, it felt lazy and uninteresting - plus none of my stats are right, such a shame as it's normally so exciting:(

i have cleared cache, reinstalled spotify, restarted my phone and still can't see my spotify wrapped. i keep seeing only artistes and songs and the dj

Hello.  My 2024 Spotify Wrapped recap shows the top 5 podcast I've listened to this year.   Unfortunately I've never listened to one of the podcast on the list and it's listed as #3 on my list, First Things First. 

How can something  I've never listened to be on my list?  This makes me question the integrity and validity of the entire Wrapped recap.

My Question or Issue

So in my list for "Top Songs for 2024" I was already missing one song that I listened to a lot, it was just shown as an "Acoustic" version which was not right. And indeed when I play the song in the list, it starts playing the normal version (See screeenshot). The song thumbnail is also different so the system must be confusing songs somewhere. Not a major issue but maybe something to look into as it might lead to bigger complications if the songs are apparently not always uniquely identifiable but are somehow linked by name?

My top 5 artist is definitely wrong, I have one artist in the list I don't even know him. Does someone else have the same issue.

I checked my wrapped mainly it's correct, but the top 5 artist list is not correct. The 4th name on the list is Hans Zimmer, but I never listened to his music. I logged out, cleared the cache and reinstalled the app but still the same. Is it a bug?

I'm on desktop and the wrapped 2024 link is not showing up. cleared cache, updated app, logged in and out of both the app and the website., i found the playlists doing a search but the stats are nowhere to being found.

Just general feedback that Wrapped this year was of very low quality and a huge disappointment
