downloading complete playlist from local file

why can’t I download complete playlist (29 songs) created from local file, ipad 28 songs, iphone 26 songs

wow … in lieu of no phone support, is there a Spotify for Dummies?  this ‘community’ is so hard to navigate which only added to the frustration that brought me here?!  I bookmarked some chats, but now can’t find the bookmarks?!!!  but I actually solved my own issue (no offense, but no thanks to this community).  still don’t understand why ipad only successfully downloaded 28 of 29 songs, and iphone only 26 of the 29 songs.  I am just hoping the fix sticks as I read some have commented seems to be rather glitchy and thought they resolved an issue, only to have it revert back.
