limited offline devices

How can I remove devices from the list of 5 different devices to download music? two broken phones keep up space for a new one!

Same question here.

I have a new iPad Mini and I can't download music. I have removed the app from some devices. I have logged out from all devices. I just can't figure out how to delete or even manage my offline devices.

Does anybody know?
