past listens, wanting to get rid of them

hey, so, i had left my spotify account logged into a tv in my university's common area, and someone had been listening to music i normally never listen to, and now contantly at the top of my home page i always see those albums and have to way of getting rid of the suggestion, even though they are not the genre or style i primarily listen to at all. i'm not sure what to do about it because there seems to be no solution to the issue. i don't even know what to ask because i know the suggestion of unlistened or unfollowed artists is helpful, but these albums are stuck on my home page when they haven't been listened to on my primary devices.
