Australian Spotify Account

Hi guys

Just like to ask if and when the library that is avaialable to Australia will match that of the Uk? I have just changed countries from UK to Aus after having a UK account for 5 years and half of the music on my playlists is missing. If I knew this I wouldn't have bothered.

Go to Preferences and uncheck the box from "Hide unplayable tracks".

If they're unavailable, your tracks should now appear as grey and give an error message when you try to play it ("not available in Australia").

Thanks but I really wanted to know when the Australian song selection will be increased to match the UK, because when I swtiched over there was a significant decrease. I have now switched back to my UK account and have access to all the music I usually have. I don't really need to know tracks that are unavailable because I can't play them anyway.

Music tends to be licensed differently in each country, agreements would need to be made for each different territory we visit. You can read a little more about why this might be right here. However, we're always working to license more music, so new tracks will be added all the time.
