Changing internet from Bredbandsbolaget, will I be able to keep my playlists

Hi,

Since we will move in a few month I will probably need to change internet provider from Bredbandsbolaget to something more mobile. However our premium account is thru this internet provider ( the payment is managed thru them)  and the account login has the same ID as for Internet. What happens when we swift internet provider? Will I be able to keep my playlists?  Do I need to create an new account or could I transfer the old one and merely change to pay directly to spotify? Beeing a member from the start I would really appreciate not having to find all the excellent music in my playlists again..

Don't worry, you'll be able to keep your account. With all you awesome playlists and music. Regarding your subscription, you'll need to get in touch with Bredbandsbolaget. They'll be able to talk you through your options and help you out.
