Getting an Error message on payment info! HELP!!

Ok i commented on someone else's post and did not receive an answer so I will try starting a new thread.  I have Spotify Premium and have never had an issue or been late with a payment.  Now my card is set to expire at the end of the month and I am trying to update it so I don't get my service shut off, but it won't let me.  It keeps telling me my zip code is not correct for the country I am in.  I have not  moved my bank address is the same and I am in the same country.  I am getting extremely frustrated because this should be a simple fix and it is not!!! Someone please help me!!!

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further, since they will be able to look into your account information for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks I just saw your reply.  I tried using the contact form tonight and I selected Payment information and then it grayed out the rest of the form so I could not do anything.

Strange, what browser are you using?

Try the alternative contact form see if that works for you.
