I need you spotify CREW!

With my new phone I got spotify premium for 6 months for free from "HI KPN" .

I activated it, it worked, but I got mail with upgrade now 30 days for free, so I got scared and removed my spotify and I installed it again, but now i have spotify free. I understand it's my own fault, but I'm new with the smartphone. So please reactivate my account.???!!!

Hi KPN can't help me!! I need you Spotify crew!!

Hey Eleonore81, welcome to the Community.

It looks like a duplicate account was created for you by accident during the Facebook integration process. Just logging in with your original username - "noortjec" - should put things right.

Then just connect this account to your FB profile to stop this happening again.
