Hi, I am having the same issue. I have premium membership, but I am unable to access my playlists. I am currently in Taiwan. I was under the impression I could access my playlists offline while in Taiwan. Hope you can help!

Hello, swessels! If you are on premium plan you shouldn't experiance error 408. Could you explain what do you mean by "I am unable to access my playlists"? Did the playlists dissapeared? What does it say under the subscription status line on your account overview page?

Spotify has not yet launched there - if you sign up for updates here you can be notified if/when it becomes available in your country.

no peter , this time it says : your country does not match the on set in your profile , but i dont understand , i changed my profile setting , and im in uk .. now what should i do ?

Best thing to do is drop the support team an email using this form and they can look into your account data a little closer, find out what is going on.
