Problems with password recovery

I tried to recover my password for my premium account, but the e-mail doesn't appear in my inbox or my spamfolder.

Can I get some hep with this?

Hi Noorri- As you set up your account via Facebook, your password is the same as you use for the Facebook website. 

If you need to reset that, you'll need to head over to www.facebook.com

I am not talking about this account, which I set up just to be able to post on this forum. I have a premium account that was set up before facebook account connection was an option, and I need a password reset for that account. I tried to reset the password for that account but the e-mail doesn't show up in my inbox or spam folder.

As I don't have the email address for the account you're referring to, your best option is filling out our contact form. 

Our support team can then provide you with a direct link to reset that password.
