facebook not fully linked with account

Hi there, 

Here's what i did:

1) I had an old non-facebook Spotify account but couldn't use due to Linux at home and firewall at work

2) No more firewall - Spotify said my old username was no longer active, so I created a new account linked to FB.

3) The new FB account would not actually connect to FB, even though it was created through there.  The Connect option in the preferences field never worked, etc.  Spotify never showed up on my timeline/Activity Log.

4) I managed to log into my old username (alisonjean044) and make that work, using the Spotify website to manually connect to facebook.

5) Once I did that, Spotify appeared on my FB Activity Log, but blank because nothing will post.  I only see friends as #### instead of FB names. 

As of now, it appears my two spotify accounts are linked/combined...yet neither is fully linked with facebook.  I didn't realize my People pane should be showing actual names until I just saw my coworker's spotify (which means any remaining firewall isn't an issue)....I can only see her as a number.

Is this something I can actually fix?  I've searched the forum but haven't seen anyone else with the same problem
